The Imus Ranch Foundation was formed to donate 100% of all donations previously devoted to The Imus Ranch for Kids with Cancer to various other charities whose work and missions compliment those of the ranch. The initial donation from The Imus Ranch Foundation was awarded to Tackle Kids Cancer, a program of The HackensackUMC Foundation and the New York Giants.

Don Imus Leaves a Trail of Way More Than Dust
By Michael Riedel - The one and only time I had a twinge of nerves before appearing on television was when I made my debut in 2011 on “Imus in the Morning” on the Fox Business Channel. I’d been listening to Don Imus, who died Friday at 79, since the 1990s as an antidote the serious (bordering on the pompous) hosts on National Public Radio. I always thought it would be fun to join Imus and his gang — news anchor Charles McCord, producer Bernard McGuirk, comedian Rob Bartlett — in the studio, flinging insults back and forth at one another. And now I had my chance. I was invited on to discuss to discuss “Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark,” the catastrophic Broadway musical that injured cast members daily.
Playing each guest's five favorite songs has resulted in some unfortunate karaoke bar moments over the last few weeks, but Mary Matalin's entree today, singing "Good Morning, America, how are you?" might have been the least offensive. That being said, Mary, please never do it again.
Mary Matalin Matthew Hiltzik, the PR pro charged with keeping Imus's name out of the headlines, offered his crisis management advice to Tiger Woods this morning. First, he analyzed what went wrong. "It's an internal issue more than an external one," Hiltzik said. "He wasn't seeming to come clean with this own people in his own inner circle. Either no one around him knew what the real story was, or no one around him wanted to believe what the story was."
Monica Crowley, a very smart woman with lots to say about lots of stuff, wanted to talk about one thing this morning, and one thing only. "Tiger Woods," she said. "I put on a good routine, like, 'I'm so above this story, there are so many other really important, pressing issues facing the nation.' And then every time I open the New York Post I get sucked in and spend 20 minutes reading about this story."
Monica Crowley How deep is Alan Colmes's love for Imus? Based on today's appearance, it's a puddle, at best. After enduring ridicule from Imus for choosing the aforementioned Bee Gees song as one of his favorites, Colmes took his frustration out on Tiger Woods. "Wouldn't it be a little easier for women who did not sleep with Tiger to come forward?" he asked. At last count, the number of side dishes is up to ten, but Colmes predicted more to come, saying, "This can't be good for him or for his image."
Alan Colmes Imus apologized getting Craig Crawford later than expected. "I just can't control myself," he said. "We get to talking about stuff, and then we get to laughing." Less funny, at least to President Obama, is his approval rating, which, at 47 percent, is the lowest for any President in history at this point in their term.
