Goji Berry Turmeric Dressing

Ingredients:
- 1 cup organic raw goji berries soaked in water for 2 hours
- 1 cup raw organic cashew butter
- ½ cup raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ cups extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tbsp. yellow mustard
- pinch of salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp. organic turmeric powder
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the goji berries. Wisk well and add water as needed for consistency. Add the mixture to high speed blender and add the goji berries. Blend for 1 min max and taste. Add more salt if needed.
