The Imus Ranch Foundation was formed to donate 100% of all donations previously devoted to The Imus Ranch for Kids with Cancer to various other charities whose work and missions compliment those of the ranch. The initial donation from The Imus Ranch Foundation was awarded to Tackle Kids Cancer, a program of The HackensackUMC Foundation and the New York Giants.

Don Imus Leaves a Trail of Way More Than Dust
By Michael Riedel - The one and only time I had a twinge of nerves before appearing on television was when I made my debut in 2011 on “Imus in the Morning” on the Fox Business Channel. I’d been listening to Don Imus, who died Friday at 79, since the 1990s as an antidote the serious (bordering on the pompous) hosts on National Public Radio. I always thought it would be fun to join Imus and his gang — news anchor Charles McCord, producer Bernard McGuirk, comedian Rob Bartlett — in the studio, flinging insults back and forth at one another. And now I had my chance. I was invited on to discuss to discuss “Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark,” the catastrophic Broadway musical that injured cast members daily.
Congressman Eric Cantor, who is from Virginia and not a skunk, called President Obama's State of the Union address last night a missed opportunity. The speech was a chance, he said, for the President "to really regain a little bit of confidence in terms of what he's trying to do." Instead, Obama discounted public opinion in a way that Cantor has not seen during his five terms in the House.
Craig Crawford, the political analyst and Congressional Quarterly blogger, sent the I-Man a leather-bound copy of most recent book Listen Up, Mr. President! It was a heartfelt gesture, to say the least. "I was going to bring it to the studio this morning," Imus said. "But I couldn't find it."

Tom Friedman was not in front of a television this morning, so Imus could not properly humiliate his guest, a New York Times op-ed columnist, for having laughed just a little too hard at something the President said at a luncheon in December. "In a politically correct situation as that must have been, what possibly could he have said that was that funny?" Imus asked.

Yet he endured ridicule all morning from Bernard, Charles, and Lou because the car in question happens to be a $100,000-plus Mercedes. "He's doing his patriotic duty to help stimulate the economy," said LeBoutillier, a former Congressman, displaying the full range of his ass-kissing capabilities.
