Simple Raw Cacao Chocolates
Ingredients
½ cup raw cacao powder
¼ cup raw cacao butter
1 tablespoon coconut butter or nut butter of choice
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
2 tablespoons coconut nectar
pinch pink salt
Directions
Place cacao butter, coconut oil in a double boiler. Warm until liquefied.
Add cacao powder and whisk until smooth.
Add nut butter and coconut nectar, whisk until smooth.
Add vanilla and salt and whisk once more until smooth.
Place in desired molds and allow to cool in refrigerator.
