Cashew Turmeric Dressing
From the Imus Ranch Kitchen
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw organic cashew butter
- 1 tbsp. organic turmeric powder
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup water
- pinch of salt
- pinch of fresh black pepper
- 1 tsp. raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 4 garlic cloves, pressed or minced
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, wisk all ingredients until creamy consistency. Adjust salt to taste.
Note: You can add 1 cup of nutritional yeast or raw parmesan cheese to the mixture. If it gets too thick, add more water.
