The Imus Ranch Foundation was formed to donate 100% of all donations previously devoted to The Imus Ranch for Kids with Cancer to various other charities whose work and missions compliment those of the ranch. The initial donation from The Imus Ranch Foundation was awarded to Tackle Kids Cancer, a program of The HackensackUMC Foundation and the New York Giants.

Don Imus Leaves a Trail of Way More Than Dust
By Michael Riedel - The one and only time I had a twinge of nerves before appearing on television was when I made my debut in 2011 on “Imus in the Morning” on the Fox Business Channel. I’d been listening to Don Imus, who died Friday at 79, since the 1990s as an antidote the serious (bordering on the pompous) hosts on National Public Radio. I always thought it would be fun to join Imus and his gang — news anchor Charles McCord, producer Bernard McGuirk, comedian Rob Bartlett — in the studio, flinging insults back and forth at one another. And now I had my chance. I was invited on to discuss to discuss “Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark,” the catastrophic Broadway musical that injured cast members daily.
Sid Rosenberg returned to the Imus in the Morning program today with gusto, gushing, "I missed you!" to Imus, right off the bat. Then, he wondered why so many months had passed since his last appearance. Imus contended Sid had "sucked" the last few times he came on, and had shirked certain responsibilities given him. Sid shot back that he had only sucked once, and missed one assignment.

Lis Wiehl, a legal analyst for the Fox News Channel, had the pleasure of meeting Deirdre Imus last week when the two had discussed inoculations in the Green Room at Fox. "I get that 24-7," said Imus. Wiehl only got it for 30 minutes, but it was a fruitful half hour that led her to decide against giving her kids the H1N1 vaccine. "Some people think she's crazy," said Imus of his wife. "I'm not one of them."
Lis Wiehl Imus didn't intend to start a war between two highly regarded historians, but that's exactly what he did. Following yesterday's eloquent appearance by James Bradley to promote his new book The Imperial Cruise, Imus welcomed a fired up Douglas Brinkley to the show today, unaware that Brinkley was set on taking Bradley down. (By the way, there's almost nothing funnier than the idea of two middle-aged historians engaging in some sort of hand-to-hand combat over Theodore Roosevelt.)
Talking to Kerry Keane was a real treat for Imus, as Keane, the international head of the musical instrument department for Christie's auction house, promoted Christie's first ever sale dedicated to the creation, history, and evolution of country music.
